Balkatha also offers a wide variety of religious books aimed for the youngest readers. Books range from simple picture books to textbooks in English, and several Indian languages. Balkatha would like to make selection easy for everyone. It is for that reason that we offer personalized book gift packages, and presentations. Balkatha.com will attempt, upon User’s request, to obtain on behalf of User a book that is not listed in this site. Balkatha.com makes no warranty or representation as to its ability to obtain such special order book. Further, since special order books may be obtained only in India, balkatha.com makes no warranty or representation as to the availability, price or time of delivery. Balkatha.com’s sole representation is that it will use its best efforts on behalf of User. All special orders must be paid for in full in advance. Balkatha.com reserves the right to refuse any special order.

Balkatha.com will, upon User’s request, personalize any book with an inscription to be determined by User. The price for personalizing each book shall be in addition to the cost of purchase, shipping and handling. Balkatha.com reserves the right to refuse to personalize any book in accordance with User’s instruction if, in balkatha.com’s sole discretion, the inscription is inappropriate, offensive or in any other way objectionable.

With respect to any special order or personalized book, all sales are final. For any special order or personalized book, User’s sole remedy for any defective material shall be limited to replacement of that book with the same title. All costs of return shipping shall be at User’s sole expense.

With respect to all books or material that are neither special order or personalized and are not defective, User may return the book or material within three days of receipt for a full refund, less a 15% restocking charge, provided that the book or material is in new condition without damage or evidence of use. If there is any damage or evidence of use, a credit in the amount of 15% of the purchase price shall be afforded to User to be used on future purchases. Any defective book or material may be returned for a replacement by a book or material of the same title. The cost of return shipping shall be at User’s sole expense.

This site is created and controlled by balkatha.com in the State of California and is governed by the laws of the State of California including but not limited too, disclaimers, terms and conditions and conflicts of law. Balkatha.com reserves the right to change, alter, or supplement this site and any disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time.
